The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alfred Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ace Acevedo's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. In the 24th minute Giuseppe Moon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Lucas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuseppe Moon scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfred Lucas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Chino Hills defense, Giuseppe Moon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfred Lucas. The Chino Hills fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfred Lucas should have stopped the shot. Alfred Lucas came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by ALIANZA FC's Giuseppe Moon. But to his dismay, Giuseppe Moon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After having played for 43 minutes, Giuseppe Moon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALIANZA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Moon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Ace Acevedo made the kick off in the second half. Ace Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Lucas having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Chino Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Blanton to maneuver through the defense. ALIANZA FC's Ace Acevedo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ace Acevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Alfred Lucas made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Ace Acevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfred Lucas was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Bill Hopson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Alfred Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ace Acevedo scored 0-5 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfred Lucas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Alfred Lucas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 70 minutes into the match, Ace Acevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfred Lucas. Chino Hills's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ace Acevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA FC's Osvaldo Schaefer got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Alfred Lucas was out of position in the 79 minute of play, and Ace Acevedo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ace Acevedo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 83rd match minute, ALIANZA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norman Kern to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, ALIANZA FC's Ace Acevedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfred Lucas. Alfred Lucas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. The supporters of Chino Hills booed when ALIANZA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Hopson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ace Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Foster Vaughan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
