Messibeast's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Royal winners the free kick. Darin Lacy kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Royal winners's Eldon McClendon got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Merlin McGill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Elmore having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eldon McClendon in the 15th minute of play forced Messibeast's goalkeeper Rene Elmore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Royal winners's Glen Tang got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Merlin McGill got free with Rene Elmore in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Glen Tang came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Royal winners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glen Tang couldn't finish the play.
