Clark Sweet hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Roda Soccer's Rudolf Reynolds got control of the ball when Bryce Mills tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Bartlett lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 17 played minutes, when Calverton Barza Unidos:s Noah Thome calmly waited for Roda Soccer:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. The audience was convinced that Marshall Craven's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rudolf Reynolds was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Bryce Mills fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Reynolds having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steven Vincent in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathon Garland saved Calverton Barza Unidos from getting behind. Jonathon Garland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Vincent in the 30th minute of the match. Calverton Barza Unidos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Noah Thome in the 34th minute. After taking down the ball on Calverton Barza Unidos's corner Bryce Mills fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rudolf Reynolds quite easily take care of the ball. Steven Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Calverton Barza Unidos getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bryce Mills hit a great ball. After 41 minutes, Oswaldo Schulz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roda Soccer and the Calverton Barza Unidos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Calverton Barza Unidos booed when Roda Soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Schulz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Roda Soccer's protests and gave David Moreland a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes Roda Soccer got a freekick which was hit by David Moreland. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Garret Carey kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When Steven Vincent came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Roda Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steven Vincent couldn't finish the play. Bryce Mills received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rudolf Reynolds tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Roda Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Whittington to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Roda Soccer defense, Marshall Craven kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rudolf Reynolds. The Roda Soccer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rudolf Reynolds should have stopped the shot. When David Moreland came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Roda Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Moreland couldn't finish the play. In the 70th match minute, Roda Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Moreland to maneuver through the defense. Garret Carey charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garret Carey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Garret Carey hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Roda Soccer's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 84 played minutes Calverton Barza Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Clark Sweet. When Steven Vincent came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Roda Soccer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steven Vincent couldn't finish the play. C.J. Ali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Jonathon Garland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Roda Soccer players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Calverton Barza Unidos.
