Tapıl Street's Jess Estrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steven Vincent in the 5th minute of play. Cobi Hoskins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Tapıl Street's Rhett Crocker got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Tapıl Street's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Vincent came free, but Jess Estrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Cobi Hoskins notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tapıl Street's Jess Estrada. Jess Estrada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute of the match, Louie Taylor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rudolf Reynolds saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tapıl Street's Louis Felton got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Steven Vincent's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jess Estrada was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Louie Taylor to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Tapıl Street booed when Roda Soccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Vincent didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Berry Lawler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steven Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jess Estrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maurice Hancock kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Jess Estrada made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steven Vincent in the 75th minute. Maurice Hancock hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Louie Taylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Reynolds saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jess Estrada was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Albert Bowden.
