Spectators: 7760 (Terracing: 5821, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 154) 3 minutes into the match, Besëlidhja Lezhë's Saul Frederick sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Houston Beard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rex Strickland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandy Craft, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Besëlidhja Lezhë's Saul Frederick in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Attalla's goalie prevented a goal. Saul Frederick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Houston Beard having to interfere. If Saul Frederick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Clifford in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Houston Beard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonard Clifford's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Houston Beard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toby Izturis got free with Rex Strickland in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Leonard Clifford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attalla's Houston Beard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Frederick in the 54th minute of play. Saul Frederick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Houston Beard having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Attalla's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Frederick came free, but Houston Beard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Julio Stout hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Besëlidhja Lezhë's Jeff Christian tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rex Strickland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandy Craft, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Clifford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Houston Beard made a huge save. Sandy Craft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rex Strickland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonard Clifford's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Houston Beard firmly grabbed it by the left post. Houston Beard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Frederick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
