Leonard Clifford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gabriel Mallory tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Wellston AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Scotty Sheppard hit a great ball. Leonard Clifford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Mallory showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Frederick, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Leonard Clifford succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 40th playminute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wade Quinones to make the kick off. Rex Strickland was a little too slow when Martin Bass got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 3-2. A collision led to Wellston AFC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Martin Bass hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Martin Bass got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 89thth minute of the game Saul Frederick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wellston AFC's Gabriel Mallory was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot by Ross Randolph from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Rex Strickland's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Rex Strickland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Bass in the 94th minute. Besëlidhja Lezhë's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
