After 5 minutes, Vincent Carrey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dark Tide and the LA CLIPPERS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vincent Carrey kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Wilbur Farr sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dark Tide's Jackson Woodward didn't even have to move. Geoff Walton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jose McNair in the 10th minute. Julio Morton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jackson Woodward having to interfere. Terence Hargrove took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jackson Woodward. Dark Tide's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Julio Morton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jackson Woodward having to interfere. Dark Tide's Jackson Woodward played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cason Conner in the 32nd minute of play. Julio Morton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jackson Woodward read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julio Morton in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jackson Woodward prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When LA CLIPPERS's Julio Morton in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dark Tide's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Cason Conner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jackson Woodward was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 0-1 became the score in the 41st minute when Cason Conner elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Julio Morton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cason Conner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jackson Woodward tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cason Conner to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dark Tide's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wilbur Farr was slow to take the kick. During this time LA CLIPPERS's players had a chance to rest. The LA CLIPPERS fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when LA CLIPPERS's Cason Conner looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for LA CLIPPERS! Mitchell Alexander took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geoff Walton. Geoff Walton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jose McNair struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Geoff Walton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dark Tide. Emmanuel Compton kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 75 played minutes LA CLIPPERS got a freekick which was hit by Cason Conner. Cason Conner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Morton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Jackson Woodward skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Geoff Walton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose McNair, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Morton couldn't finish the play. Cason Conner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. LA CLIPPERS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
