An unexpectedly hard shot by Brent Wilcox in the 5th minute of play forced Los Angeles Foxes's goalkeeper Robin Montgomery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cássio Brodel fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Angeles Foxes's protests and gave Cássio Brodel a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Los Angeles Foxes got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Brodel. Robin Montgomery was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Daren Seay. After 14 played minutes LA CLIPPERS got a freekick which was hit by Wilbur Farr. When Cássio Brodel came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Los Angeles Foxes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Brodel couldn't finish the play. When Cássio Brodel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 22 minutes had been played. Cássio Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Robin Montgomery didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brent Wilcox went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After 34 played minutes LA CLIPPERS got a freekick which was hit by Daren Seay. 40 minutes into the game, Julio Morton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Robin Montgomery was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 43 minutes into the match, Cason Conner dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robin Montgomery, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Los Angeles Foxes's Robin Montgomery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cason Conner in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes LA CLIPPERS got a freekick which was hit by Wilbur Farr. After a rather tough play, Los Angeles Foxes's Bobby Dempsey got a free kick in the 57th minute. Emilio Ferrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 72nd minute of the match Daren Seay completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Daren Seay a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Emilio Ferrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alonzo Laird hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Alvin Huang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alonzo Laird fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Angeles Foxes's protests and gave Alonzo Laird a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Los Angeles Foxes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvin Huang to maneuver through the defense. Julio Morton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilio Ferrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Geoff Walton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Los Angeles Foxes got a freekick which was hit by Rex Durham. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. LA CLIPPERS fully deserved thier win.
