Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when King Easley got the match started through his kick off. If Manuel Abraham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victory Lakes FC's Derrick Darling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jessie Magee in the 12th minute of play. Derrick Darling came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Motagua's Jessie Magee. But to his dismay, Jessie Magee quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Derrick Darling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfred Courtney went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Manuel Abraham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Derrick Darling having to make a save. If Jessie Magee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuel Abraham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derrick Darling having to interfere. Manuel Abraham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

FC Motagua's Manuel Abraham got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. King Easley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sanford Benjamin having to interfere. Victory Lakes FC's Jayson Stephenson pulled a muscle in his leg after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilfred Courtney during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilfred Courtney hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Milo Gabriel, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 73rd minute of the match, Manuel Abraham got a very nice opportunity to score, but Derrick Darling was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 76 played minutes Victory Lakes FC got a freekick which was hit by Nathaniel Romo. Derrick Darling was a little too slow when Manuel Abraham got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-3. Jessie Magee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Abraham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derrick Darling having to interfere. King Easley hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Jamar Robinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Victory Lakes FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Motagua were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
