Herrera made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the match, Independent Outdoor Union's Joseph Marsh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mckinley Hemphill narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, one of Harmony:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Independent Outdoor Union a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pedro Sanchez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Harmony's Mckinley Hemphill. 1-0. A collision led to Harmony getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. C.J. Herrera hit a great ball. The referee gave Independent Outdoor Union a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pedro Sanchez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Harmony's Mckinley Hemphill. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Independent Outdoor Union's zone, Anson London stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. A.J. Woodruff came out of the goal and Anson London tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the game, Wade Compton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Independent Outdoor Union's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harmony the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Durham got free with Mckinley Hemphill in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Harmony's attentive Jonathon Haywood managed to snatch the ball when Wade Compton made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Raphael Rivas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Harmony booed when Independent Outdoor Union was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseph Marsh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mckinley Hemphill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Marsh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, C.J. Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Independent Outdoor Union's Christian Durham slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mckinley Hemphill. That made the score 3-0 after 48 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joseph Marsh to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Independent Outdoor Union's zone, Anson London stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. A.J. Woodruff came out of the goal and Anson London tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mckinley Hemphill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Marsh, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Durham in the 60th minute of play forced Harmony's goalkeeper Mckinley Hemphill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Independent Outdoor Union booed when Harmony was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anson London didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harmony's Mckinley Hemphill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Marsh in the 67th minute of play. Mckinley Hemphill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ross Livingston, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Harmony's goal looked a bit too open when Ross Livingston came free, but Mckinley Hemphill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mckinley Hemphill came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Independent Outdoor Union's Ross Livingston. But to his dismay, Ross Livingston quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. If C.J. Herrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. C.J. Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the match, Independent Outdoor Union's goalkeeper A.J. Woodruff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anson London. In the 88th minute, C.J. Herrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mckinley Hemphill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph Marsh in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 93 minutes, Joseph Marsh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independent Outdoor Union's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joseph Marsh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joseph Marsh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathon Haywood hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. C.J. Herrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Independent Outdoor Union were victorious despite being under pressure from Harmony for much of the match.
