Spectators: 5050 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gary Sanderson made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the game, River Poker's Sid Gardner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tod Cameron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Tod Harrison dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Garth Gomez, 1-1. Garth Gomez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Otto Bocanegra in the 13th minute. Tod Harrison might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garth Gomez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tod Harrison ran back to his position shaking his head. Tod Harrison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otto Bocanegra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Motor City Football Club defense, Gary Sanderson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tod Cameron. The Motor City Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tod Cameron should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Sid Gardner notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Motor City Football Club's Tod Cameron. Tod Cameron was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Tod Harrison got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gary Sanderson struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Tod Cameron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River Poker. When Sid Gardner came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the River Poker fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sid Gardner couldn't finish the play. 48 minutes into the match, River Poker's goal looked a bit too open when Tod Harrison came free, but Garth Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Otto Bocanegra scored 3-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Garth Gomez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gary Sanderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sid Gardner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sid Gardner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tod Cameron having to interfere. Tod Cameron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gary Sanderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Garth Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Bocanegra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tod Cameron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jospeh Isaac in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in River Poker's zone, Otto Bocanegra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garth Gomez came out of the goal and Otto Bocanegra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Garth Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Bocanegra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
