Tod Harrison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Kory Matlock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Motor City Football Club's goalkeeper Tod Cameron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Heroes From Yerevan's Kory Matlock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tod Harrison in the 46th minute of play. Reed Pierce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Tod Cameron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonio Ring to make the kick off. Tod Cameron came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Heroes From Yerevan's Antonio Ring. But to his dismay, Antonio Ring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 56th minute, Reed Pierce made a precise shot to the right of Tod Cameron. Motor City Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When Tod Harrison came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Motor City Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tod Harrison couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Reed Pierce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tod Cameron was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Motor City Football Club defense, Antonio Ring kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tod Cameron. The Motor City Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tod Cameron should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Motor City Football Club booed when Heroes From Yerevan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darell Biggs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tod Harrison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Antonio Ring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heroes From Yerevan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
