Huub Pierewaaijer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Somerset's goal looked a bit too open when Huub Pierewaaijer came free, but Alfred Russo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Russo was a little too slow when Huub Pierewaaijer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Rusty Dunlap came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Somerset's Lincoln Root. But to his dismay, Lincoln Root quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 16th match minute, Somerset was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Forbes to maneuver through the defense. Alfred Russo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Huub Pierewaaijer in the 17th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes ChaumanFC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Bridges. Rusty Dunlap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Stafford, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, ChaumanFC's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Epps came free, but Rusty Dunlap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rusty Dunlap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Epps, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, ChaumanFC's Jaroslav Všetička ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfred Russo. Alfred Russo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After some careless play in the ChaumanFC defense, Lincoln Root kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rusty Dunlap. The ChaumanFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rusty Dunlap should have stopped the shot. Lincoln Root scored 2-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rusty Dunlap, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lincoln Root in the 45th minute of play forced ChaumanFC's goalkeeper Rusty Dunlap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Huub Pierewaaijer to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaroslav Všetička in the 72nd minute of play forced Somerset's goalkeeper Alfred Russo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Somerset got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Thomson. Alfred Russo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huub Pierewaaijer in the 77th minute of play. Somerset's Alfred Russo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huub Pierewaaijer in the 82nd minute of play. Lincoln Root could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Rusty Dunlap made a huge save. ChaumanFC's Angelo Bridges has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 91st minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Somerset walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
