After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vicente Hardy to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Richie Fortune fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gregg Ruth, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marshall Preston got free with Gregg Ruth in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
