In the 7th minute, Jon Hope got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chase McCall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chase McCall in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Curt Henry prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Curt Henry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lazaro Painter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quincy Burroughs kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Trinidad Raymond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 26 minutes, Chase McCall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NASAMS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chase McCall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chase McCall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curt Henry having to interfere. If Chase McCall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When NASAMS's Lazaro Painter in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye América de Cali's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute Chase McCall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Curt Henry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Chase McCall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jon Hope to strike the kick off in the second half. Chase McCall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Curt Henry read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Virgil Moran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lazaro Painter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trinidad Raymond charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Trinidad Raymond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, América de Cali's Trinidad Raymond got a free kick in the 64th minute. Chase McCall might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Curt Henry. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. América de Cali's Curt Henry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doug Lane in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Chase McCall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NASAMS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to NASAMS getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Giovanni Childs hit a great ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Seth McClain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. América de Cali's supporters crossed their fingers, but Seth McClain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded NASAMS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than América de Cali.
