Spectators: 5510 (Terracing: 4400, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 10) Tampa Bay's Eusebio Peachey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Tampa Bay's zone, Lazaro Painter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacob Cabrera came out of the goal and Lazaro Painter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bill McCauley during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chase McCall took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacob Cabrera. Jacob Cabrera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Eusebio Peachey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chris Salas was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Chris Salas came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Tampa Bay's Peter Mott. But to his dismay, Peter Mott quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Chris Salas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Peachey, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Tampa Bay's Jacob Cabrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazaro Painter in the 25th minute of play. Jacob Cabrera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lazaro Painter's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, NASAMS's Lazaro Painter got a free kick in the 36th minute. Chase McCall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jacob Cabrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chase McCall came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the NASAMS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chase McCall couldn't finish the play. Jacob Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lazaro Painter in the 42nd minute of play. Chase McCall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, NASAMS's Lazaro Painter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacob Cabrera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When NASAMS's Lazaro Painter in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tampa Bay's goalie prevented a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lazaro Painter made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazaro Painter in the 53rd minute of play forced Tampa Bay's goalkeeper Jacob Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lazaro Painter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jacob Cabrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute of the match, Lazaro Painter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jacob Cabrera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Chase McCall managed to get in a good position for a shot. NASAMS's supporters rose to their feet, but Chase McCall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacob Cabrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peter Mott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Salas having to interfere. With a little luck, Tampa Bay's Jacob Cabrera got control of the ball when Chase McCall tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Eusebio Peachey came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Tampa Bay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Peachey couldn't finish the play. 74 minutes into the match, Peter Mott notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of NASAMS's Chris Salas. Chris Salas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Lazaro Painter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jacob Cabrera, 2-2. Chase McCalls short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Jacob Cabrera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 88 minutes, Chase McCall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NASAMS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chase McCall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Reece in the 91st minute of play forced Tampa Bay's goalkeeper Jacob Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chase McCall in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacob Cabrera saved Tampa Bay from getting behind. Eusebio Peachey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Chris Salas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chase McCall came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the NASAMS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chase McCall couldn't finish the play.
