Spectators: 7276 (Terracing: 5766, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Jon Hope made the kick off and thus started the match. The long shot by Kirby Jeffers in the 3rd minute really tested Curt Henry's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jon Hope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregg Ruth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Landfair FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Hope came free, but Gregg Ruth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Curt Henry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Hardy in the 26th minute of the match. Rickey Mock who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Curt Henry when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Virgil Moran's late challenge caught a Landfair FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgil Moran helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, América de Cali's Virgil Moran got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Vicente Hardy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curt Henry having to interfere. After 36 played minutes Landfair FC got a freekick which was hit by Russ Stafford. Gregg Ruth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seth McClain, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Gregg Ruth came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by América de Cali's Seth McClain. But to his dismay, Seth McClain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Quintin Cao Xiao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curt Henry having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vicente Hardy to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Vicente Hardy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but América de Cali's Curt Henry was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gregg Ruth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Hope in the 55th minute of play. Curt Henry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Hardy in the 58th minute of play. Vicente Hardy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Seth McClain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregg Ruth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Hope in the 67th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Landfair FC's Quintin Cao Xiao got a free kick in the 68th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as América de Cali's Jon Hope slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gregg Ruth. That made the score 1-2 after 70 minutes of play. Seth McClain scored 1-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregg Ruth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Russ Stafford fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landfair FC's protests and gave Russ Stafford a yellow card for diving instead. Russ Stafford kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Damian Rosas sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Landfair FC's Gregg Ruth didn't even have to move. Rickey Mock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgil Moran kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Rickey Mock spun around in front of the goal 88 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of América de Cali's goal. Rickey Mock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Curt Henry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vicente Hardy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 94 played minutes Landfair FC got a freekick which was hit by Russ Stafford. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. América de Cali walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
