The referee ignored Catlin AFC's protests and gave Richie Wills a yellow card for diving instead. If Chase McCall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Lazaro Painter managed to get in a good position for a shot. NASAMS's supporters rose to their feet, but Lazaro Painter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerald Dwyer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Catlin AFC's Gerald Dwyer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chase McCall in the 30th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Catlin AFC got a freekick which was hit by Blake Haywood. A collision led to Catlin AFC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Blake Haywood hit a great ball. In the 37th match minute, Catlin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otis Terrell to maneuver through the defense. Lazaro Painter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 played minutes Catlin AFC got a freekick which was hit by Denis Cameron. When NASAMS's Lazaro Painter in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catlin AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Giovanni Childs took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gerald Dwyer. Catlin AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lazaro Painter was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, DeMarcus Tanner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chris Salas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Cody, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blake Haywood during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of NASAMS booed when Catlin AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blake Haywood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chris Salas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Cody in the 83rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Catlin AFC's Gerald Dwyer got control of the ball when Chase McCall tried to sneak it across the goal line. NASAMS's Chase McCall got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Catlin AFC! When the match had been going on for 95 minutes, NASAMS's Derek Hanna got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gerald Dwyer. When the match was over NASAMS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Catlin AFC throughout the match.
