Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Denny Zapata made the kick off which started today's match. Curt Barnard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuel Carrasco's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. 14 minutes into the game, Samuel Carrasco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Curt Barnard. Samuel Carrasco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Samuel Carrasco took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Curt Barnard to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Stanley Bragg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Metzger was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. If Samuel Carrasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jeremy Hendrickson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curt Barnard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Carrasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stanley Bragg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Carrasco in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Curt Barnard prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jeremy Hendrickson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Three Points FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremy Hendrickson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Curt Barnard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 49 minutes, Hector Hooks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pelham and the Three Points FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pelham's Hector Hooks got a free kick in the 49th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Carrasco to make the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Stanley Bragg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pelham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanley Bragg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Pelham booed when Three Points FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garrett Naylor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stanley Bragg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 63rd playminute. In the 72nd minute Samuel Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Curt Barnard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Carrasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Curt Barnard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Pelham getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Eric Flood hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Pelham's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremy Hendrickson came free, but Curt Barnard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pelham's zone, Jeremy Hendrickson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Curt Barnard came out of the goal and Jeremy Hendrickson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Curt Barnard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Carrasco in the 89th minute of the match. During the 90th minute of the match Hector Hooks completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hector Hooks a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Samuel Carrasco struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Curt Barnard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Three Points FC. If Samuel Carrasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Three Points FC were the better team. Three Points FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
