After a rather tough play, LV Toros FC's Dallas Bonner got a free kick in the 13th minute. Marco Jernigan kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Thaddeus Valencia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thaddeus Valencia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Ritter having to interfere. If Anton Cooke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Clifton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hector Ritter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Thaddeus Valencia came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the LOL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thaddeus Valencia couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in LV Toros FC's zone, Thaddeus Valencia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Ritter came out of the goal and Thaddeus Valencia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Ritter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Clifton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brian Clifton made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thaddeus Valencia got free with Hector Ritter in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LOL's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 82 minutes, Brian Clifton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LOL and the LV Toros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Brady Lyon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LOL's Leonard Yang didn't even have to move. Leonard Yang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Cooke in the 85th minute of play. Kerry Werner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anton Cooke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Yang having to make a save. LV Toros FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
