Bandon's supporters rose to their feet, but Von Staley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Foster Patterson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Atlanta FC's Dana Countess got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brad Robles got free with Giovanni Walden in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Von Staley in the 17th minute of play forced Atlanta FC's goalkeeper Foster Patterson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brad Robles got free with Giovanni Walden in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eric Tripp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ken Hartman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Giovanni Walden made a huge save. Atlanta FC's Brad Robles got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Scottie Tuttle was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, Bandon's Giovanni Walden got control of the ball when Brad Robles tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Brad Robles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Atlanta FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Atlanta FC's Eric Tripp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Brad Robles came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Atlanta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brad Robles couldn't finish the play. Eric Tripp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Giovanni Walden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Bandon's goal looked a bit too open when Brad Robles came free, but Giovanni Walden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Bandon's goalkeeper Giovanni Walden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brad Robles.

In the 58th match minute, Bandon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Brock to maneuver through the defense. Giovanni Walden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brad Robles, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Giovanni Walden came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Atlanta FC's Brad Robles. But to his dismay, Brad Robles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Brad Robles's late challenge caught a Bandon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brad Robles helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66thth minute of the game Gerardo Green who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlanta FC's Foster Patterson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerardo Green fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Foster Patterson having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Bennett Squires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giovanni Walden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Tripp, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Giovanni Walden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Tripp in the 76th minute of play. Giovanni Walden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Tripp in the 77th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the game, Atlanta FC's Eric Tripp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni Walden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Eric Tripp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bandon booed when Atlanta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryce Kane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murray Gordon kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Bandon's Gerardo Green sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Foster Patterson narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
