With a little luck, Kings Beach's Graham Maurer got control of the ball when Reggie Tharp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kings Beach's Graham Maurer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie Tharp in the 17th minute of play. Preston Godfrey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Myles Boyce having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Kings Beach's zone, Reggie Tharp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Graham Maurer came out of the goal and Reggie Tharp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waylon Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sol Guthrie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Graham Maurer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, pandalove's Sol Guthrie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Graham Maurer. Graham Maurer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Benito Dickens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reggie Tharp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Graham Maurer having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, pandalove's goal looked a bit too open when Preston Godfrey came free, but Myles Boyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Graham Maurer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reggie Tharp in the 51st minute of the match. Graham Maurer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reggie Tharp went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 56 minutes into the match, Reggie Tharp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Graham Maurer. Kings Beach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reggie Tharp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 62 minutes into the match, Kings Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Sol Guthrie came free, but Graham Maurer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kings Beach's Salvatore Sherrill got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Reggie Tharp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giuseppe Greenberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Kings Beach's Graham Maurer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie Tharp in the 73rd minute of play. Bailey Lake hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Dickens in the 78th minute of play forced Kings Beach's goalkeeper Graham Maurer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mike Burch came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Kings Beach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mike Burch couldn't finish the play. Bailey Lake hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute Reggie Tharp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Graham Maurer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Mike Burch got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
