Steven Gaston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfred Garza in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, New York Towers's Wilfred Garza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Steven Gaston narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to New York Towers getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Craig Clearwater hit a great ball. Javier Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcellus Paige, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Lugo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Javier Martinez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcellus Paige in the 31st minute of play forced New York Towers's goalkeeper Javier Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Lugo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Marcellus Paige fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Martinez having to interfere. Victor Lugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Knowles charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingo Knowles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Marcellus Paige came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Reamstown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcellus Paige couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Wilfred Garza made the kick off in the second half. Marcellus Paige got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-1 in the right cross in the 52nd match minute before Javier Martinez had time to react. Victor Lugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steven Gaston didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfred Garza went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Reamstown's Victor Lugo in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Glenn Bagley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcellus Paige fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Martinez having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Reamstown's goal looked a bit too open when Sandy Christian came free, but Steven Gaston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Reamstown's Victor Lugo in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye New York Towers's goalie prevented a goal. Marcellus Paige's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Javier Martinez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind New York Towers's goalkeeper Javier Martinez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
