When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bryon Welch made a kick off. The supporters of New York Towers booed when Rey brook FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perry Crocker didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Wyatt Diggs came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Rey brook FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wyatt Diggs couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Rey brook FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than New York Towers throughout the match.
