Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) Brendon London showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Smiley, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the game, CaraSucias's Albert Frazier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brendon London made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, CaraSucias's Albert Frazier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brendon London narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Desmond Shipman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Eli Putnam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Dane Tobin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eli Putnam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dana Diaz charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dana Diaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CaraSucias's Dana Diaz got a free kick in the 20th minute. Eli Putnam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Tobin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brendon London showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Frazier, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Albert Frazier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When CaraSucias's Albert Frazier in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saltville's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Saltville booed when CaraSucias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Frazier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dane Tobin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Saltville's Dane Tobin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eli Putnam. That made the score 1-1 after 47 minutes of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dane Tobin was the one to do the kick off. 63 minutes into the match, Saltville's goalkeeper Brendon London had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Smiley. Brendon London was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Smiley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 63 minute of play. In the 66th minute, one of CaraSucias:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CaraSucias. CaraSucias:s Eli Putnam showed great skill when he stopped Cedric Chambers:s penalty. Mario Smiley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brendon London didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Smiley went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. When Dane Tobin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Saltville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dane Tobin couldn't finish the play. Eli Putnam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dane Tobin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mario Smiley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desmond Shipman struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Eli Putnam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saltville.
