The referee showed Dana Diaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CaraSucias's Dana Diaz got a free kick in the 20th minute. Eli Putnam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Tobin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brendon London showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Frazier, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Albert Frazier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dane Tobin was the one to do the kick off. 63 minutes into the match, Saltville's goalkeeper Brendon London had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Smiley. Brendon London was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Smiley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 63 minute of play. In the 66th minute, one of CaraSucias:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CaraSucias. CaraSucias:s Eli Putnam showed great skill when he stopped Cedric Chambers:s penalty. Mario Smiley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brendon London didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mario Smiley went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. When Dane Tobin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Saltville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dane Tobin couldn't finish the play.
