Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 4 minutes, Carlos Masters managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huntersville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Masters was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Allan Belanger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the game, Carlos Masters cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Salvatore Marin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Club Llobregat's goalkeeper Salvatore Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diego Pettit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rosario Harman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosario Harman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Pettit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Carlos Masters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sporting Club Llobregat's Darrell Willoughby got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Club Llobregat's zone, Carlos Masters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvatore Marin came out of the goal and Carlos Masters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Masters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frankie Bean in the 28th minute of play forced Sporting Club Llobregat's goalkeeper Salvatore Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Masters might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salvatore Marin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Masters ran back to his position shaking his head. Diego Pettit might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rosario Harman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Pettit ran back to his position shaking his head. Huntersville's Rosario Harman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdul Edmonds in the 42nd minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Trinidad Blair hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosario Harman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Pettit in the 44th minute of play. Carlos Masters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Salvatore Marin made a huge save. Huntersville's Rosario Harman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Pettit in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frankie Bean to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Huntersville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frankie Bean to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Diego Pettit could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Rosario Harman however easily saved by the left post. Carlos Masters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvatore Marin having to interfere. After 61 played minutes Sporting Club Llobregat got a freekick which was hit by Darrell Willoughby. When Carlos Masters came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Huntersville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Masters couldn't finish the play. If Frankie Bean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes Sporting Club Llobregat got a freekick which was hit by Darrell Willoughby. Carlos Masters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Allan Belanger kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The supporters of Huntersville booed when Sporting Club Llobregat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdul Edmonds didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Masters in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salvatore Marin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th match minute, Sporting Club Llobregat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chad Costa to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Masters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Salvatore Marin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Club Llobregat's goalkeeper Salvatore Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
