Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Francisco Houston took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Tommy Hansen came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the guatemala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tommy Hansen couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, William Tolbert managed to get in a good position for a shot. guatemala's supporters rose to their feet, but William Tolbert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cole Osborne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Healdsburg booed when guatemala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Tolbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Healdsburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geoff Haines to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Healdsburg's Francisco Houston dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommy Hansen in the 32nd minute of play forced Healdsburg's goalkeeper Cole Osborne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnold Stoner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Cole Osborne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Tommy Hansen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. guatemala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommy Hansen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arnold Stoner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cole Osborne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnold Stoner in the 41st minute of the match. If Francisco Houston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Healdsburg's Cole Osborne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Hansen in the 47th minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnold Stoner to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnold Stoner in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cole Osborne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 57 minutes, Francisco Houston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Healdsburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Houston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Healdsburg's Francisco Houston got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonio Curry kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, guatemala's Tomas Ali tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Albert Stein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Greg Shook tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albert Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, guatemala's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Houston came free, but Greg Shook reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Healdsburg's Francisco Houston got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Healdsburg getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Thad Riggs hit a great ball. Cole Osborne was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tomas Ali. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
