A collision led to Soccer Team FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Antonio Hairston hit a great ball. Cobi Bernard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Cho's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When Lincoln Acosta came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Soccer Team FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lincoln Acosta couldn't finish the play. Cobi Bernard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Cho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cobi Bernard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Boggs in the 25th minute of play. Cobi Bernard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Cho, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. David Cho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cobi Bernard having to interfere. In the 47th minute, one of Soccer Team FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Soccer Team FC. The referee gave Aerovision FC a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jospeh Ward, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Soccer Team FC's Cobi Bernard. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lincoln Acosta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, David Cho took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Cobi Bernard to make any attempt to save it. Andy Singer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cobi Bernard having to interfere. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 64th minute, but Cobi Bernard got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Soccer Team FC hanging dry this time. Lincoln Acosta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Aerovision FC's Adalberto Boggs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cobi Bernard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Adalberto Boggs managed to get in a good position for a shot.
