Spectators: 6252 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Warner Coker started the match with the kick off. Denis Aragon hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Valdez fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Dyer. Denis Aragon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonas Koenig. 0-1. Francis Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Koenig having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Warner Coker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dyer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 26th minute, Francis Smith got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Dyer booed when Valdez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Goff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francis Smith received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jonas Koenig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Koenig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francis Smith went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Duncan Sweeney made a kick off. Anson Barnard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bryce Rector, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anson Barnard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duncan Sweeney in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute Duncan Sweeney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anson Barnard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francis Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Koenig having to interfere. After having played for 65 minutes, Warner Coker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dyer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Warner Coker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duncan Sweeney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dyer's zone, Bryce Rector stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anson Barnard came out of the goal and Bryce Rector tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Dyer's goal looked a bit too open when Duncan Sweeney came free, but Anson Barnard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duncan Sweeney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Anson Barnard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Bryce Rector managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valdez's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryce Rector was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anson Barnard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dyer eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
