Spectators: 7567 (Terracing: 5776, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ron Dobbs kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Phil Sutherland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denny Acero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinn Peoples having to interfere. Quinn Peoples showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Dobbs in the 16th minute of the match. Ron Dobbs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spring Hill FC's goalkeeper Quinn Peoples, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Dobbs in the 22nd minute of play forced Spring Hill FC's goalkeeper Quinn Peoples to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denny Acero scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quinn Peoples, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lodhi FC's Jon Shultz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Lodhi FC from getting a goal against them. Phil Sutherland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denny Acero in the 34th minute of play forced Spring Hill FC's goalkeeper Quinn Peoples to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denny Acero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Quinn Peoples showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ron Dobbs in the 45th minute of the match. Denny Acero kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52nd minute Ron Dobbs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinn Peoples saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denny Acero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Quinn Peoples tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quinn Peoples showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ron Dobbs, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd minute, Wes Robison had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Samuel Hickman fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Spring Hill FC's protests and gave Samuel Hickman a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Spring Hill FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Hickman. After a defensive mix-up in Spring Hill FC's zone, Denny Acero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quinn Peoples came out of the goal and Denny Acero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Phil Sutherland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Jon Shultz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Denny Acero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Phil Sutherland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spring Hill FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phil Sutherland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jon Shultz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phil Sutherland in the 97th minute of play. The Lodhi FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
