After 44 played minutes Cliffwood Beach FC got a freekick which was hit by Wiley Adair. Bernardo Ferrell missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 46 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Boyce Whittington right hand side. After the first half Schulze were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

It was beautiful to see Cliffwood Beach FC's Jordan Holman in action when he in the 77th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerold Lockhart in the 79th minute of play forced Schulze's goalkeeper Parker Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Wilfredo Reese managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schulze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Reese was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eli Leslie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Parker Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerold Lockhart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Parker Costa having to interfere. Jerold Lockhart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Parker Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Parker Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerold Lockhart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Jerold Lockhart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Parker Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cliffwood Beach FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jordan Holman in the 97th minute. Schulze's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
