Tupper Lake's Damian Stout played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sterling Womack in the 20th minute of play. Chase Rios was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Jason Bloom capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jason Bloom really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When Bradley Bishop, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 28 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Chase Rios was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Chase Rios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Bloom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murray Hoffman in the 33rd minute of play forced Tupper Lake's goalkeeper Damian Stout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
