After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tupper Lake! Damian Stout had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Jordan Holman's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 12 minutes, Giovanni Gunter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cliffwood Beach FC and the Tupper Lake players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Cliffwood Beach FC got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Gunter. Cliffwood Beach FC's Boyce Whittington proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Cliffwood Beach FC from getting a goal against them. In the 15th match minute, Cliffwood Beach FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jordan Holman to maneuver through the defense. When Bradley Bishop came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Tupper Lake fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradley Bishop couldn't finish the play. Jonas Tracy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boyce Whittington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert Whitlock in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Andre Castillo De Reyes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bradley Bishop took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boyce Whittington. Boyce Whittington dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cliffwood Beach FC's zone, Bradley Bishop stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boyce Whittington came out of the goal and Bradley Bishop tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Rupert Whitlock charged in rather forcefully in the 50th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rupert Whitlock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eli Leslie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Stout having to interfere. Boyce Whittington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradley Bishop, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Tupper Lake's Rupert Whitlock got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bradley Bishop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Cliffwood Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bradley Bishop came free, but Boyce Whittington reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boyce Whittington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradley Bishop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Graig Lutz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Bradley Bishop managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tupper Lake's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bradley Bishop was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tupper Lake's Bradley Bishop in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cliffwood Beach FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 87th minute, Bradley Bishop made a precise shot to the right of Boyce Whittington. Cliffwood Beach FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cliffwood Beach FC's Boyce Whittington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradley Bishop in the 91st minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tupper Lake had played much better football throughout.
