Spectators: 7672 (Terracing: 5757, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Doug Hewitt took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Primitivo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Doug Hewitt came free, but Gerardo Goff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doug Hewitt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dustin Simms sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doug Hewitt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerardo Goff having to make a save. Myles Beltran struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Gerardo Goff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Paso FC. Doug Hewitt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerardo Goff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Myles Beltran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gerardo Goff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerardo Goff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dustin Simms went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hunter Bell came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Primitivo Football Club's Billy Jean. But to his dismay, Billy Jean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Doug Hewitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dustin Simms received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Gerardo Goff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doug Hewitt in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Goff saved Primitivo Football Club from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Doug Hewitt managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Paso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Doug Hewitt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerardo Goff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dustin Simms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Doug Hewitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Aurelio Zepeda hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Doug Hewitt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Goff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Doug Hewitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doug Hewitt in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Goff saved Primitivo Football Club from getting behind. Gerardo Goff made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doug Hewitt in the 64th minute. Doug Hewitt in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerardo Goff, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hunter Bell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Zepeda in the 68th minute of play. Doug Hewitt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Gerardo Goff skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 73 minutes, Dustin Simms managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Paso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dustin Simms was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thad Chavez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doug Hewitt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Goff having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Doug Hewitt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Renato Jameson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Goff having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Doug Hewitt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerardo Goff. The goal made the score 1-4. Doug Hewitt got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-5 in the right cross in the 92nd match minute before Gerardo Goff had time to react.
