Ellsworth South FC's Billy Sewell got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Glenn Franklin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bo Engel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 18th minute of the match Dustin Uster sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bo Engel skillfully saved the ball. Terrance Brooks didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octavio Egan went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 23 played minutes Chandler AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Conklin. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Billy Sewell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ellsworth South FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Billy Sewell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bo Engel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute of the match Dustin Uster shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bo Engel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Chandler AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Sewell came free, but Bo Engel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Octavio Egan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chandler AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Egan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Ellsworth South FC defense, Octavio Egan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Terrance Brooks. The Ellsworth South FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Terrance Brooks should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Conklin made a kick off. Bo Engel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Sewell in the 61st minute of the match. Mario Conklin might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Terrance Brooks. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Conklin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Octavio Egan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Domenic Amos fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ellsworth South FC's protests and gave Domenic Amos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Mario Conklin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Terrance Brooks was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Chandler AFC's Bo Engel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Chandler AFC from getting a goal against them. After 90 minutes, Wade Crusher mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ellsworth South FC and the Chandler AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Wade Crusher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Egan took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Terrance Brooks. Terrance Brooks dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Chandler AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ellsworth South FC for a fine match.
