Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zachariah Dutton started the match with the kick off. Moises Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Greg Potter having to interfere. Zachariah Dutton struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Greg Potter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ripley. Zachariah Dutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Greg Potter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 8 minutes, Ernesto Ragsdale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ripley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Ragsdale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of DeReliNquO AMoR 1990 booed when Ripley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Ragsdale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ripley's Zachariah Dutton got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind DeReliNquO AMoR 1990's goalkeeper Greg Potter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When DeReliNquO AMoR 1990's Thurman Coffman in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ripley's goalie prevented a goal. Zachariah Dutton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Greg Potter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Salvatore Chan struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Greg Potter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ripley. Ernesto Ragsdale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Zachariah Dutton came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Ripley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachariah Dutton couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, DeReliNquO AMoR 1990's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariah Dutton came free, but Greg Potter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvatore Chan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Greg Potter made a huge save. Zachariah Dutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Greg Potter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, DeReliNquO AMoR 1990 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clint Babcock to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thurman Coffman made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Ernesto Ragsdale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Greg Potter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachariah Dutton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariah Dutton in the 62nd minute of play forced DeReliNquO AMoR 1990's goalkeeper Greg Potter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Farrell's late challenge caught a Ripley's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilbert Farrell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, DeReliNquO AMoR 1990's Gilbert Farrell got a free kick in the 71st minute. Kevin Esposito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thurman Coffman in the 73rd minute of play. When Zachariah Dutton came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ripley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zachariah Dutton couldn't finish the play. Mike Crews received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Kevin Esposito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ripley's Kevin Esposito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Ripley from getting a goal against them. Despite being the better team, Ripley failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
