Russ Voss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miles Shoemaker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Woody Walter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Russ Voss having to interfere. Woody Walter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Woody Walter made a precise shot to the right of Russ Voss. Bostonia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Russ Voss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miles Shoemaker, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Bostonia FC's Jude Henderson got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Woody Walter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ft.Lauderdale Boas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 32nd minute Miles Shoemaker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Russ Voss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Woody Walter came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ft.Lauderdale Boas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Woody Walter couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bostonia FC's zone, Woody Walter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Russ Voss came out of the goal and Woody Walter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miles Shoemaker in the 38th minute of play forced Bostonia FC's goalkeeper Russ Voss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Russ Voss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dane Bell, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Woody Walter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miles Shoemaker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Russ Voss having to interfere. Kirby Root kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd match minute, Ft.Lauderdale Boas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham McMillian to maneuver through the defense. Abraham McMillian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Russ Voss having to interfere. Ft.Lauderdale Boas's supporters rose to their feet, but Abraham McMillian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Russ Voss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miles Shoemaker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Russ Voss having to interfere.
