The supporters of Alianza Troy booed when Sanger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesse Nichols didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fletcher Esposito came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Sanger's Reuben McConnell. But to his dismay, Reuben McConnell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 44 minutes into the match, Alianza Troy's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben McConnell came free, but Fletcher Esposito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Sanger's Reuben McConnell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fletcher Esposito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Reuben McConnell made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Reuben McConnell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacio Jacques's late challenge caught a Alianza Troy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Jacques helped the player get up and apologised. Ignacio Jacques kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ignacio Jacques kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fletcher Esposito. That made the score 0-7 in the 73 minute of play. With his leg Fletcher Esposito managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Sanger's Reuben McConnell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Reuben McConnell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fletcher Esposito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alianza Troy's Fletcher Esposito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Alianza Troy from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jesse Nichols managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanger's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesse Nichols was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fletcher Esposito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Lonnie McClain kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fletcher Esposito. That made the score 0-10 in the 93 minute of play. The Sanger players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
