The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sol McElroy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul William in the 3rd minute of the match. If Ernesto Fischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avery Nicholson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ernesto Fischer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Lewis Sherwood recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 minutes, Raul William mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kickin Balls and the TequilaSunrise AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kickin Balls's Raul William got a free kick in the 19th minute. Cesar Key fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sol McElroy having to interfere. Parker Arroyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avery Nicholson having to interfere. Avery Nicholson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Parker Arroyo in the 29th minute. Parker Arroyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Avery Nicholson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Parker Arroyos short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Avery Nicholson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. TequilaSunrise AFC's Sol McElroy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lewis Sherwood in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, TequilaSunrise AFC's Ernesto Fischer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Avery Nicholson. Avery Nicholson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Raul William sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cesar Key had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cesar Key to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes TequilaSunrise AFC got a freekick which was hit by Parker Arroyo. Lewis Sherwood recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 61 minutes into the match, TequilaSunrise AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Key came free, but Sol McElroy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Kickin Balls. German Suarez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sol McElroy. 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, Kickin Balls's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Fischer came free, but Avery Nicholson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 72 played minutes TequilaSunrise AFC got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Chandler. The crowd rose to their feet as Cesar Key kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sol McElroy. That made the score 2-2 in the 75 minute of play. Lewis Sherwood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Sol McElroy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lewis Sherwood got free with Sol McElroy in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kickin Balls's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by German Suarez in the 83rd minute. TequilaSunrise AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cesar Key 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. Sol McElroy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Key, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ignacio Betts's late challenge caught a Kickin Balls's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Betts helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kickin Balls booed when TequilaSunrise AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Betts didn't get a good kick on the ball. The TequilaSunrise AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kickin Balls's performance. The match ended with a win for Kickin Balls.
