Spectators: 6768 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 0) TequilaSunrise AFC's Ernesto Fischer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Joaquin Feliciano came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Alianza Troy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquin Feliciano couldn't finish the play. Parker Arroyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Fletcher Esposito made a huge save. After 23 minutes of play, TequilaSunrise AFC's Parker Arroyo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fletcher Esposito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alianza Troy's Fletcher Esposito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Alianza Troy from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Feliciano missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 34 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Sol McElroy right hand side. In the 39th minute Ernesto Fischer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fletcher Esposito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TequilaSunrise AFC's Sol McElroy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Feliciano in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Feliciano to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Alianza Troy getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ace Earl hit a great ball. Stanford Boudreaux, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Alianza Troy's Eldon Coats sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sol McElroy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Joaquin Feliciano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alianza Troy's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquin Feliciano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sol McElroy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the match, TequilaSunrise AFC's goalkeeper Sol McElroy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Feliciano. After 73 played minutes Alianza Troy got a freekick which was hit by Ace Earl. Fletcher Esposito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Parker Arroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fletcher Esposito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Fischer in the 83rd minute of play. Ace Earl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Sol McElroy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ace Earl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute Parker Arroyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fletcher Esposito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The TequilaSunrise AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
