When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Weston Fuentes sped through Alianza Troy's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fletcher Esposito. Fletcher Esposito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wes Jarrett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Weston Fuentes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Wes Jarrett came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wes Jarrett couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Weston Fuentes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Fletcher Esposito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd match minute, Alianza Troy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eldon Coats to maneuver through the defense. After 34 played minutes, C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's Dan Wilhelm shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fletcher Esposito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0 reached it. Ace Earl hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Ace Earl came free, but Emanuel Bennett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Bennett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ace Earl in the 39th minute of play. Eldon Coats blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Bennett having to make a save. Emanuel Bennett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eldon Coats in the 40th minute. Ace Earl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Bennett having to interfere. Fletcher Esposito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Weston Fuentes, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Eldon Coats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Bennett having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The excitement rose when Alianza Troy's Joaquin Feliciano after 52 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-4. Ace Earl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wes Jarrett got free with Fletcher Esposito in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Feliciano fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 81st minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Emanuel Bennett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Feliciano in the 88th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Joaquin Feliciano notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's Emanuel Bennett. Emanuel Bennett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ace Earl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Feliciano came free in the 94th minute and tried to tip the ball over Emanuel Bennett, but to the joy of C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's supporters the ball went over. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Pipon Pipon 2.0's zone, Eldon Coats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Bennett came out of the goal and Eldon Coats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Alianza Troy lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
