Francesco Fleming made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terry Jacobsen in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cason Louis was the one to do the kick off. In the 69th minute, Terry Jacobsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francesco Fleming was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 72nd minute of the match, Darius Gabriel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Francesco Fleming saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Woodlands FC's Terry Jacobsen got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Woodlands FC's Darius Gabriel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francesco Fleming. Francesco Fleming yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 86th minute Darius Gabriel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Fleming saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Darius Gabriel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woodlands FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Darius Gabriel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francesco Fleming breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darius Gabriel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Fleming having to interfere. Terry Jacobsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Fleming read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Londrina Country Club's Francesco Fleming proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Londrina Country Club from getting a goal against them. Darius Gabriel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Woodlands FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
