In the 16th minute, Hugh Wood made a precise shot to the right of Francesco Fleming. Londrina Country Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 20 minutes, Hugh Wood managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dynamo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugh Wood was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Zamora in the 22nd minute of play forced Londrina Country Club's goalkeeper Francesco Fleming to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Londrina Country Club's Francesco Fleming played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Truman Martinez in the 46th minute of play. Fabian Zamora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cason Louis made a kick off. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Londrina Country Club's Cason Louis got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Hugh Wood came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Dynamo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugh Wood couldn't finish the play. Hugh Wood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Fleming having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Dynamo FC's Francesco Fleming threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cody Cain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Norbert Gore's late challenge caught a Dynamo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norbert Gore helped the player get up and apologised. After 98 played minutes Londrina Country Club got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Gore. Dynamo FC played a much better game than Londrina Country Club and deserved their victory. The Londrina Country Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
