In the 14th minute, Connor Coronado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wendell Medina charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wendell Medina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th match minute, The Horde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wendell Medina to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, The Horde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leland Delgado came free, but Paul Drummond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wendell Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clinton Barry having to interfere. In the 34th minute, one of The Horde FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for The Horde FC. Paul Drummond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Connor Coronado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 44 minutes, Leland Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beverly Hills's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leland Delgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, The Horde FC's Wendell Medina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clinton Barry narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wendell Medina to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Connor Coronado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Drummond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute, Leland Delgado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beverly Hills fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. A wasted opportunity for Beverly Hills. 71 minutes into the game, Connor Coronado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paul Drummond. Connor Coronado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Paul Drummond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Connor Coronado in the 75th minute of the match. Connor Coronado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Drummond having to interfere. Leland Delgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Paul Drummond made a huge save. Wendell Medina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Clinton Barry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute of the match, Connor Coronado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Paul Drummond saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Leland Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paul Drummond showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
