In the 10th minute, Rod Bravo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Shelby Christian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Raul Quintero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Manchester FC's Raul Quintero got control of the ball when Shelby Christian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manchester FC's Raul Quintero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradly Moreno in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Ernesto Newsome hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perry Browning in the 33rd minute of play forced Coraopolis's goalkeeper Conrad Farley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perry Browning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rod Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrad Farley having to interfere. If Stacy Hudson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Abraham Hills had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrad Farley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Browning in the 60th minute of play. Perry Browning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Conrad Farley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rod Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Perry Browning struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Conrad Farley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester FC. When Abraham Hills came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Manchester FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abraham Hills couldn't finish the play. If Perry Browning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Many of Manchester FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Manchester FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Coraopolis were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
