The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Terry Hollis to strike the kick off in the second half. DeAndre Goff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antoine Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 70th minute, one of San Antonio Matadors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for San Antonio Matadors. The referee gave Christopher a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benny Haas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of San Antonio Matadors's Antoine Andrade. 0-2. In the 74th minute, Diego Hurst ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans Bain was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. DeAndre Goff succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 81st playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Pascal Hurst managed to get in a good position for a shot. Christopher's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascal Hurst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antoine Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antoine Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by DeAndre Goff in the 94th minute. When the match was over Christopher could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Antonio Matadors throughout the match.
