After a rather tough play, Prospect FC's Tad Albert got a free kick in the 2nd minute. DeAndre Middleton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Zachary Field made a huge save. After some careless play in the Monster Kings defense, DeAndre Middleton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zachary Field. The Monster Kings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zachary Field should have stopped the shot. When Wilbur Countess came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Monster Kings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilbur Countess couldn't finish the play. Zachary Field made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when DeAndre Middleton sent off a good shot on target. Doug Pineda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilbur Countess went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 30 played minutes, Prospect FC's Reggie Underwood shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zachary Field came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Prospect FC reached it. 37 minutes into the game, one of Prospect FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Monster Kings a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nelson Smart, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Prospect FC's Doug Pineda. 2-2. Wilford Leach kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. A collision led to Prospect FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Sammy Robertson hit a great ball. DeAndre Middleton kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Paul Scales sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monster Kings's Wilbur Countess got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Paul Scales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doug Pineda having to interfere. In the 61st minute Wilbur Countess shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doug Pineda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilbur Countess was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Monster Kings's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 66th minute, Paul Scales fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Doug Pineda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Scales in the 68th minute. When Prospect FC's DeAndre Middleton in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monster Kings's goalie prevented a goal. Sammy Robertson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gavin Hyatt fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prospect FC's protests and gave Gavin Hyatt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Prospect FC's Gavin Hyatt got a free kick in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilbur Countess in the 85th minute of play forced Prospect FC's goalkeeper Doug Pineda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute Sammy Robertson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Field saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Monster Kings players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Prospect FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
