Spectators: 5790 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sammy Robertson made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Crystal Falls FC's Johnathon Root nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doug Pineda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Miguel Lyon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Doug Pineda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Crystal Falls FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Miguel Lyon hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Johnathon Root took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Doug Pineda to make any attempt to save it. If Austin Swenson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Johnathon Root could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Doug Pineda made a huge save. Miguel Lyon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Miguel Lyon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Crystal Falls FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prospect FC the free kick. A collision led to Crystal Falls FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Miguel Lyon hit a great ball. Weldon Mallory kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Del Sneed in the 36th minute of play forced Crystal Falls FC's goalkeeper Rigoberto Felder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avery English fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doug Pineda having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Gavin Hyatt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prospect FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crystal Falls FC the free kick. In the 43rd match minute, Prospect FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavin Hyatt to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Johnathon Root made the kick off in the second half. When Johnathon Root came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Crystal Falls FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnathon Root couldn't finish the play. J.P. Barnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doug Pineda having to interfere. Miguel Lyon struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Doug Pineda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crystal Falls FC. J.P. Barnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Lyon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Doug Pineda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Prospect FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Lyon came free, but Doug Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Crystal Falls FC's Johnathon Root nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The tension between the Crystal Falls FC and the Prospect FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Avery English hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johnathon Root received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Doug Pineda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Austin Swenson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Miguel Lyon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crystal Falls FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Prospect FC's Doug Pineda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by J.P. Barnes in the 80th minute of play. Johnathon Root took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Doug Pineda. Doug Pineda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When Crystal Falls FC's Miguel Lyon in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Prospect FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Austin Swenson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Miguel Lyon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Prospect FC's goal looked a bit too open when Austin Swenson came free, but Doug Pineda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Johnathon Root shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doug Pineda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavin Hyatt was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 97th match minute, Prospect FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavin Hyatt to maneuver through the defense. Crystal Falls FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
