Christopher's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reed Zamora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Christopher's Reed Zamora in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ellinwood FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th match minute, Christopher was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Hurst to maneuver through the defense. Christopher's Hans Bain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezra Wilburn in the 20th minute of play. Thanh Metzger kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Christopher's Reed Zamora got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ellinwood FC's Truman Baez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Hurst in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reed Zamora made a kick off. When DeAndre Goff came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Christopher fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that DeAndre Goff couldn't finish the play. Benny Haas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Truman Baez. Ellinwood FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 64 played minutes, Christopher's Warner Booth shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Truman Baez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Christopher reached it. In the 66th minute, DeAndre Goff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 minutes of play, Christopher's Reed Zamora made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Truman Baez was left in no man's land by his defense there! DeAndre Goff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reed Zamora in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Truman Baez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pascal Hurst hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezra Wilburn in the 90th minute of play forced Christopher's goalkeeper Hans Bain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Baez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reed Zamora in the 91st minute of the match. Truman Baez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from DeAndre Goff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Christopher had played much better football throughout.
