Von Jewell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abraham Andrews in the 25th minute of the match. Von Jewell didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After having played for 46 minutes, Wally Coats managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FLORIDA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wally Coats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abraham Andrews stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FLORIDA FC's Rashad Staley got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Claude Swift who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FLORIDA FC's Von Jewell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Claude Swift sped through FLORIDA FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Von Jewell. Von Jewell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claude Swift, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, FLORIDA FC's Stacey Siegel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Stacey Siegel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FLORIDA FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stacey Siegel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in FLORIDA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! In the 85th minute there was a penalty for FC Hatboro. Terry Goddard stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Von Jewell. 3-1. When Claude Swift came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the FC Hatboro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Swift couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, FC Hatboro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristofer Herrera to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Fuentes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Jarod Vick made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, FC Hatboro's goalkeeper Jarod Vick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Fuentes. Von Jewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Swift in the 98th minute of play. FC Hatboro's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
